Customer communication is off the charts...After my property flooded Anderson First Rate Contracting Inc was put in charge of demolition and restoration work.   In addition to great work this company excels at communication. I felt heard and supported from the first phone conversation to the last. During the demolition phase Anderson’s crew chief Nelson clearly explained the extent of the damage. During the restoration phase this company deployed friendly and skilled tradespeople. Throughout the entire process the project coordinator Tanya was professional and incredibly helpful.   This company genuinely cares. I can think of at least three instances where Anderson went above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. It is rare to find a company that puts the client’s best interests first.
